1. Introduction

Welcome to Webloop Technik India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, applications, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Website and application design, development, and maintenance.
• Technical support and IT consulting services for companies.
• Deployment of dedicated or contract-based developers to client organizations.

The scope of specific services may be defined in individual agreements, contracts, or proposals signed with clients.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use services only for lawful business purposes.
• Provide accurate information and access required for project delivery.
• No misuse, unauthorized access, or harmful activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, designs, documentation, and materials created by Webloop Technik India Pvt. Ltd. remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. After payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client as per the agreement. Company logos, trade names, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Webloop Technik India Pvt. Ltd.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payment terms defined in the project proposal or service agreement.
• Invoices are payable within the agreed time frame; late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Clients must pay monthly or contractual fees on time for developer deployment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, sensitive, or business-critical information, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webloop Technik India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Clients must pay all outstanding dues immediately upon termination.
• Any work provided up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

10. Amendments

Webloop Technik India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying clients.
